I've always let the kids help me in the kitchen, though many times I've regretted it due to the chaos and inevitable mess. But yesterday Tenley wanted to "cook" something so she asked me for the bowl, measuring cup and mixer. She set herself up at the table with the milk and a box of somewhat healthy instant pudding. She measured, poured, and mixed! I thought that was pretty good for a 4 year old!
